How old is my Navien water heater?
Type the serial number from the Navien label to see when it was built.
Example
- 7414CModel code and plant letter
- 14Year: 14 = 2014
- XMonth: X = October
- 17Day: 17
Built October 17, 2014
12 years old
Past typical life. Past the usual 10 year lifespan. Watch for error codes, water that swings between hot and cold, and scale buildup if it has not been flushed.
